This Drive In storage system is configured on the basis of crane aisles and as that pallets are deposited at different levels, generating a compact mass storage.
We build the elements of rack aisles with different load levels of 1.35 meters wide, enough for the entry of a forklift to drive in the storage system, these corridors are generally available next to each other. Thus, with the system empty, we will se a group of aisles.
When pallets are deposited in the different aisles of the system, this automatically generates a compact mass storage of pallets. Of course when this happens, it is impossible to remove pallets that are in intermediate positions of each aisle, obviously because it is impossible for the forklift to enter.
Loading and unloading of these systems is always done from the front.
These characteristics make up an ideal system for the storage of high volume products with little variety of items and the flow of goods made under the LIFO concept. |
